What to expect after submitting your details and making your payment.

After submitting your details and making the payment our onboarding team will draft the relevant express move packs, depending on the governing body of our partnered legal representative.

After which we will contact any Estate Agents/Developer/Housing Association (If any of which are applicable) and provide them with your allocated representative's details. After which we will set up the legal file internally with the law firm with which we have partnered and deal with any appropriate administration as well as order property searches straight away to prevent any delays.

Once this has been completed your solicitor will ask for a smaller seventy-five pound payment on account for each transaction, which also is not an additional payment but is used to download land registry documents and to conduct your identification checks.

Please note: If we are required to complete your SDLT and AP1 submissions for you post-completion there is an additional fee of one hundred pounds plus value-added tax to the above purchase quotation. Also if a Lawyer Checker search is required this costs twenty-one pounds and sixty pence and if a digital Property Report is generated this is twelve pounds and fifty pence.
