After submitting your details and making the payment our onboarding team will draft the relevant express move pack, depending on the governing body of our partnered legal representative.

After which we will contact the Auction House and provide them with your allocated representative's details. After which we will set up the legal file internally with the law firm with which we have partnered and deal with any appropriate administration

Once this has been completed your solicitor will ask for a smaller seventy-five pound payment on account which also is not an additional payment but is used to download land registry documents and to conduct your identification checks.
