Terms and Conditions for onthemoov LTD Christmas Giveaway

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all clients of onthemoov LTD who have completed a transaction with us. Employees of onthemoov LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
3. Non-Incentivisation Clause: Participation in this giveaway is completely voluntary and independent of any obligation to leave a review or feedback. Leaving a review for onthemoov LTD on any platform, including Trustpilot, is not a condition for entry into this giveaway and does not increase the chances of winning.
4. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from December 22, 2023, and ending at midnight on Christmas Eve. All online entries must be received by midnight on December 24, 2023.
5. How to Enter: Entries can be submitted by leaving a review on Trustpilot. However, leaving a review is not a prerequisite for entering the giveaway. Entrants can also enter by sending an email titled "Christmas Giveaway Entry" to hello@onthemoov.co.uk
6. Minimum Participation Requirement: The giveaway is contingent upon receiving a minimum of 50 entries (inclusive of reviews and email entries). If this minimum is not met, the giveaway may be cancelled at the discretion of onthemoov LTD.
7. Prizes: Winners will receive a £50 gift card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by onthemoov LTD. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at onthemoov LTD's discretion.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of onthemoov LTD. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the giveaway on Christmas Morning following the selection of winners.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand and agree that onthemoov LTD, anyone acting on behalf of onthemoov LTD, and onthemoov LTD's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Terms & Conditions: onthemoov LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond onthemoov LTD's control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
11. Acceptance of Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of onthemoov LTD as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
