Our moov ByMarch package is designed to ensure your property is 'exchange-ready' before 31st March 2025. While we strive to meet this timeline, the package guarantees to waive the £700+ VAT moov ByMarch fee if the deadline is not met and does not guarantee that we have you exchanged by this date.
With the moov ByMarch package, the following steps will be completed within one hour of receiving your initial deposit and required details:
- Notify your estate agent and provide your conveyancer’s details.
- Send your express move pack for legal preparation.
- Order and fast-track property searches with the local authority.
We understand that transactions can fall through. As part of our service guarantee:
- You will not incur additional set-up costs if the transaction is re-started.
- Your search pack will be free of charge on the next property if the transaction falls through.

You have a right to cancel your instructions. As a 14-day cancellation period applies, we are unable to start work until the cancellation period expires, unless you expressly request us to do so. By paying onthemoov LTD your file opening fee, search pack and any relevant protection payments based on your package choice, this will authorise us to start the admin work immediately on your file(s) and as such revokes the rights to a 14-day cooling-off period.
By agreeing to our terms you are hereby agreeing to revoke the right to a cooling-off period to allow us to start our service (2.1 (B)) immediately. Due to the nature of our service, the whole amount of the monies paid will be non-refundable. You are explicitly agreeing that we can start work straight away, before the end of any cancellation period. You are also acknowledging that in these circumstances you will lose any right to cancel the contract if the service (2.1(B))has been fully performed within the 14-day cancellation period. If we do start work and you then cancel your instructions during or after the cancellation period, you will not be entitled to any of the funds refunded.
- 2.1(B) Upon instruction we will carry out the following service, we will draft the relevant express move pack dependent on your transaction type
and dependent on the governing body of our partnered allocated legal representative. After which we will contact any Estate Agents/Developer/Housing Association (If any of which are applicable) and provide them with your allocated representative's details. After which we will set up the legal file internally with the law firm with which we have partnered and deal with any appropriate administration. If your transaction type is a purchase we will also pre-order/order property searches on the day on which you instruct us to prevent any added delays.
