If we are required to complete your SDLT and AP1 submissions for you post-completion there is an additional fee of one hundred pounds plus value-added tax to the purchase quotation. Also if a Lawyer Checker search is required this costs twenty-one pounds and sixty pence and if a digital Property Report is generated this is twelve pounds and fifty pence.
