What to expect after submitting your details and making your payment.

After submitting your details and making the payment our onboarding team will draft the relevant express move pack, depending on the governing body of our partnered legal representative.

After which we will contact any Estate Agents/Developer/Housing Association (If any of which are applicable) and provide them with your allocated representative's details. After which we will set up the legal file internally with the law firm with which we have partnered and deal with any appropriate administration

Once this has been completed your solicitor will ask for a smaller seventy-five pound payment on account which also is not an additional payment but is used to download land registry documents and to conduct your identification checks.

Reminder: Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with our moov Plus package the cut off for the "Same Day Set Up Guarantee" is 3:30pm, any instructions received after this time are set up by 6pm the next working day.
