Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions


Onthemoov's offers a Price Match Guarantee to our clients, subject to the following terms and conditions:


Eligibility


  1. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to all conveyancing services we provide. We will price match any other conveyancer's quote on a like-for-like basis, provided that:
  • The other conveyancer has the same or higher Trustpilot rating than ours.
  • The other conveyancer has the same or higher number of Trustpilot reviews than ours.
  • The other conveyancer offers the same protection we provide.
  • The other conveyancer has a "no sale, no legal fee" policy.
  • The other conveyancer offers a search fee guarantee.
  • The quote from the other conveyancer is in writing and presented to us before instruction.


Verification


We reserve the right to verify the quote provided by the other conveyancer before offering our price match. This may include requesting a copy of the quote in writing or through any other means of communication.


Discretion


We reserve the right to refuse to match a price if, in our reasonable opinion, the other conveyancer's quote is not on a like-for-like basis or if it is not a genuine quote.


Limitations


  1. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to conveyancing services only and does not apply to any other services, including but not limited to disbursements, stamp duty, or any other additional charges.


Changes


  1. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw our Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.


Applicable law


 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
