This is the cost for us setting up your legal file, it is not in addition the quotation you have received and comes off the total bill.

This cost covers the following:

1. Contact your estate agents, or buyers solicitors directly to confirm that we have been instructed and to provide them with your dedicated solicitor's details.
2. Draft and send your Express Move Pack, which is the initial document you need to sign and complete to become legally prepared.
3. Set up your legal file internally, ready for the sales memorandum from the estate agent/Confirmation of instruction from the buyers solicitors and your completed Express Move Pack.
